Bubba has over 24 years of experience building high-end custom homes. Growing up around home building, Bubba was able to learn from a very young age the importance of hard work and attention to detail. Sweeping job sites as a child, working as a framer, electrician, interior trim carpenter, and superintendent allowed him the opportunity to learn all of the ins and outs of the home building process.
Bubba enjoys managing the intricate details that go into custom home builds. His depth of knowledge allows him to diagnose and correct any potential issues before they become major problems. Bubba’s ability to keep projects on track and on budget supports King Tide’s goal to deliver what has been promised while taking the stress out of building a luxury home.
Nicki has always been passionate about all things design for as long as she can remember. With the underlying belief that the spaces we spend our time in affect our mood and outlook, Nicki aims to design spaces that leave her clients renewed, energized, and inspired. She has an enthusiasm for bringing award winning design and service to clients through a design process that is thoughtful, creative, and totally enjoyable.
Nicki has had the opportunity to successfully work with over 50 couples in creating their dream homes from the initial design meeting.
Brandon is also a second-generation builder who has been in the construction business for over two decades. His diverse experience started at a very young age, and he has worked alongside some of the industry’s best in the Lowcountry, Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
With a passion for design and construction, his expert skills as a carpenter, superintendent, estimator, and project manager help guide each project from concept to finish.
